Intel NUC ProxMox Dropping Network

Hi, I have a NUC which has ProxMox running on it.
The machine keeps repeatedly dropping network connection and leaves me having to reboot the NUC.
I can't say how long it is before it drops off the network, but maybe a day, a couple days tops.
ProxMox and every container in it drop off the network.
This is causing chaos with my smart home as Home Assistant can't then communicate with my devices.

Has anyone any idea why my NUC might keep dropping network, but network working fine on reboot?
Or any troubleshooting tips.

Thanks, I'll look at this next time I can get it hooked up to a monitor/keyboard.

I should clarify, it has worked fine for 4 years or so, without ever dropping, evem when system uptime was 75+ days, and has only in the last 6 months started giving me this "network drop" issue.

Some kernel update introduced a regression (6.8.12+?) since then certain intel nics have stability issues with hardware offloading, workaround for now is to disable hardware offloading, can't say for sure if this helps you but it's worth a try.
