I have had some trouble installing proxmox ve using PXE with memdisk. Memdisk now supports booting iso files, so I figured I would give it a try. It doesn't work.
I turned on verbose mode on boot and it looks like proxmox tries to find its self in a physical cd drive.
I figured I would bring attention to this matter, and was wondering if anyone had any more insight into this. Maybe its just the way I have setup my PXE boot, which I dont believe to be the case because I have successfully pxe booted tons of images with out issue using memdisk.
Is it the way that proxmox checks for its self? Any insight? Maybe the proxmox team could look into this issue.
