Hello I am trying to install proxmox on my Hp dl380 g7 server and when I go to set the install to graphical my monitor says frequency out of range. what do i do?

You have two options.
Go to advanced options, and press (console mode - nomodeset) and then you will install in text mode.
Or install and a VGA PCI and it will works

I am having a similar issue, but I dont even get the chance to select any options. It brings up the proxmox splash screen, then immediately brings up a terminal that starts loading the initial ram disk. At this point my screen goes blank. Trying to install on a Supermicro. I originally had this running fine with 7 but my upgrade from 7 to 8 killed my network settings and I could not get them sorted so decided to do a fresh install.
