Hi.
Is it possible to install a proxmox on a disk located on a storage ibm storevize v3700 with a multipath connection to it via the FC HBA ?

During proxmox installation, when a hard disk is selected, a list of six disks is displayed, that is, multipath does not work. Can I enable it during installation?

Due to the lack of a multipath option, you will have to abandon the purchase of proxmox and again go to the side of vmvare.

Sorry for my English.

Proxmox is an umbrella application that combines the management of several technologies (KVM, LXC, network, Ha, etc) into a single integrated suite.

Proxmox as an application runs on top of an OS, specifically Debian.

You have an option to install Debian+Proxmox using an integrated ISO image. The image does not allow/support for every possible hardware configuration. Just the most common/basic ones.

You appear to want an enterprise storage as a bootable device. This storage comes with support and multitudes of documentation. You best way forward is to find a document provided by your storage Vendor that describes requirements and steps for OS installation on FC attached storage that includes Multipath. Specifically - Linux documentation, even better - Debian/Ubuntu oriented one.
Follow this documentation to install a vanilla Debian OS with all the requirements, then install Proxmox on top of the OS.

Hope this helps guide you

Good luck
