Problem installing proxmox from proxmox-ve_8.2-2.iso, boot usb disk generated by rufus-4.5p.exe
installation on clean Mini PC Terminal HP T620 AMD GX-217GA / 4GB / 16GB SSD M.2 / WiFi / RADEON
Error message:
command 'usquashfs-f -dest/target -i/cdrom/pve=base.squashfs' failed
with exit code 1 at user/share/perl5/Proxmox/install.pm line 908.

I would appreciate a quick response. Thank you:)
 
Usually that means there is corruption in your download or your USB drive. Check whether the SHA256SUM is equal to c96ad84eacbbcef299ab8f407f9602f832abb5ceb08a9aa288c1e1164df2da97.

checked. it looks like the downloaded file is correct
I don't know how to check the USB. I'll try to create a new one
 
Currently I have installed the previous version, i.e. 7.4 and in the next step I still need to install Post install scripts.

I solved this problem/ All I had to do was change the default formatting type settings from MBR to GPT on the USB pendrive and everything installed very nicely.
