Installing MacOS Ventura With RTX 3070TI Stuck On Apple Logo

I successfully installed Proxmox and did a GPU Passthrough on a test HDD (80GB) without any trouble.
When I boot from my PC into the proxmox Ventura I get the apple logo with an empty progress bar.
Am i missing something here, is it even possible to do this with an rtx 3070ti?

The last macOS to support nVidia was High Sierra released in 2017.

Ampere isn't supported by macOS at all.

so why using proxmox over the "old way" I figured sins it's a VM (and my knowledge is very lacking here) you will be able to use any graphics card. also I've seen users reporting successes with RTX cards. I'm a bit lost
