Installed Proxmox VE 1.4 and get Stage 1.5 on reboot

So we have a 17hour response time on a non-critical issue at weekends. Considering the fact that we als have different time zones thats quite OK for a free support forum.

I did purchase one support incident, how do I submit a ticket?

I filed a support ticket 7 hours ago and haven't heard anything back yet. I even replied to the email to check on it a few hours ago and still no response.

Can somebody at least respond to my emails? I don't care if it's a "Hey, we are trying to replicate the problem so hang on." email. Just some sort of response would be nice.

Please write to support@proxmox.com - include all necessary information about the bug (and a link to this thread).

BTW: you did not bought a 24/7 support contract with 4hours response time. If you are interested in that we can make you an offer.

Okay, we got everything sorted out and I'm up and running. Apparently grub was messed up. I could press Esc and then manually select the PVE kernel. So after it was booted I checked grub and it was set to boot the correct drive # groot=(hd0,0) so I typed in "update-grub" and that fixed the problem of booting. Why it needed that I don't know.

Thanks Dietmar for pointing me in the right direction via the support ticket. I have all my local storage added (7.3TB) and am going to rack it next week in our datacenter. I'm then going to migrate my ESXi 3.5 VM's to it and then pull those old boxes.
