Installed Proxmox 7.4.1 but cannot login with firefox web browser

Windows IP config is IPv4 Address 192.168.1.89
Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway 192.168.1.254 with the same numbers for IPv4 DHCP and DNS
Proxmox default install IPv4 Address 192.168.1.89
Subnet 255.255.255.0
Gateway 192.168.1.254
My BT Hub/Router IP Gateway 192.168.1.254
Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
DHCP Network Range 192.168.1.64 to 192.168.1.253

I cannot ping any numbers in the range 192.168.1.65 to192.168.1.100 so I am assuming there is something wrong with the Proxmox settings, or I am using the wrong Address or Windows IPv4 config
Can anyone help please

there isn't possible to have the same ip in same local subnet : pve need ip, Windows need another ip

OK get that .so how do I find pve ip
