Installation WebInterface over Fiber NIC | No Access |

Hello, I am trying to install Proxmox on a R630 with a Intel X520 Fiber Option NIC Card and PFSense.

I have installed Proxmox and setup all the network info but it still is not accessable to access the web interface and PFSense shows Proxmox as offline.
I will upload photos of configs.

Any help would be amazing. Let me know what other information you may need.

I changed the IP to 192.168.1.111 thats in my dhcp range on pfsense and remove the static mapping and same issue. does not show in PFSense, Everything else using fiber works fine just not proxmox.
