installation proxmox 3.0 on serveur Dell 2950

i try to install proxmox 3.0 on my dell server 2950
after the boot on the cd i get message error kernel panic and the installation abord
i don't know why
it's my first installation so if you can help me so quick

no the ISO isn't corrupted
yes i use keybord and mouse USB
the model dell 2950 don't have keybord et mouse in PS2
