Installation issue with 1.6

hi

i discovered PVE before ~3weeks and i'm really glad about this superior solution, but with the 1.6 ISO i have a little installation issue on my ibm blades.

IBM Blade H Chassis (88524XG) with HS21 Blades

During the boot process, the installation routine stops with the error message that there is no cd-rom.
i have attached a pic of it (iphone quality)

With the installation of 1.5 i have no problem at all.

Maybe this could help you to find a bug or something else

btw: Is there any way to change the order of the cluster nodes. For the moment I have e.g. following sequence: PVE01, PVE02, PVE04, PVE03, and would naturally like to make nodes correctly without the need to remove and re-add.

hi,

which iso do you use? the very latest is: 1.6-5087-3

and what kind of cdrom?

and finally, pls ask only one question per thread. (new topic, new thread please)
 
hi

oh, i didn't noticed that there is a new release. it was the 5087-1
i'm downloading the -3 at the moment and will give it a new try and report

and sorry for the second question, i will open a new one for this:)
 
unfortunately i can't report any improvement with 5087-3

CD-ROM should be a "H.L Data Storage GCC-4247N DVD-ROM/CD-RW" in the Blade H-Chassis

(i hope the doublepost is ok, cause i think otherwise you wont register the update)
 
i have done that already, i just wanted to inform you about this issue
maybe i'm not the only one where this happens
