also u can delete the raid and set the controller in jbod mode and try installation again but i dont know if the raid controller support this mode.
Higher Kernel like mentioned could also fix the error.

I think that UBSAN array index out of bounds is fixed since kernel version 6.1, so switching to the
latest optional kernel would be a good idea. I don't know how to do that in your case, sorry. Maybe install Proxmox on another drive, or
install Debian first and then install Proxmox with the new kernel?
