Install Windows 10: BdsDxe failed

Good afternoon. my system worked well and there were no problems during installation. but now I reinstalled proxmox and faced such problems. i couldn't solve them .. please help.I spent the whole weekend looking for solutions to problems but could not find/
I don't understand anything about linux. if you need some information, tell me what i must to type

I solved my problem..i use iso 64 bit. its ok)
