install of proxmox5.2 impossible with ZFS Raid1

after many tries I give up with zfs raid, I was installing proxmox 5.2 on a Blade, an IBM HS23 on a IBM Bladecenter S. but everytime I got an error on boot

by the way I am still using proxmox, but not zfs.

Hi,

this lock like you HW needs more time to initialize the disks.
You can try to increase the boot delay
