Did you install PVE on another disk than Windows? If so you could try to change the boot disk order in the BIOS.

no i installed the proxmox on the same disk that the windows was on.
i have another hard drive , maybe is has windows boot manager on it?

Possibly. The PVE installer wipes the disk it is installed on but will not touch other disks.

Do you boot in UEFI or Legacy/BIOS mode? If the first, try to delete the Windows boot entry. If the latter, try to change the boot order of the disks. You could also temporarily remove the other disk or wipe it if you don't need the data on it anymore.

maybe i could just backup the data to another drive and format the drive because i need the data on it.
using hirensbootcd, what do you think?
