Hello,
I just recently purchased a new machine to build virtualized servers to play. I think my hardware is compatible. I made sure my build was 64 bit as stated in requirements. I tried installing Proxmox by going through the setup process. After rebooting I noticed a few messages that I did not see on many of the install demos online. The three error messages that stand out are the following:
[drm: pch_irq_handler] *ERROR* PCH poison interrupt
Configuring Network interfaces... interface eth0 does not exist!
Fatal:error inserting kvm_intel (.......) operation not supported
I thought maybe the eth0 issue was bad hardware so to e sure I used a Linux live cd and had no problems getting internet connectivity so I know its not the mobo. I honestly don't know what else to do at this point. I searched this forum and all the internets on these errors and very little came up in relation to a Proxmox install. Please any ideas on steps I can take to fix these issues would be greatly appreciated!
Just in case here is my machine hardware I'm using:
