Install error need help

Hi I am new to proxmox and looking for some help.. I have a HP Z440 desktop machine and I currently have ESXI installed on it. I want to install Proxmox on this device bare metal but faced with the following error. Not sure how to move forward from here. Any help would be appreciated. IMG_1116.jpg
 
So messing around and tshooting i enabled the TMP in Bios and got a new error..IMG_1117.jpg
 
As the error says: the boot medium seems to be corrupt.
Check the checksum of your iso file and download and/or burn it again.
