Install error need help

Hi I am new to proxmox and looking for some help.. I have a HP Z440 desktop machine and I currently have ESXI installed on it. I want to install Proxmox on this device bare metal but faced with the following error. Not sure how to move forward from here. Any help would be appreciated.

So messing around and tshooting i enabled the TMP in Bios and got a new error..

As the error says: the boot medium seems to be corrupt.
Check the checksum of your iso file and download and/or burn it again.
