Install and start Proxmox from an iSCSI San

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to install and run proxmox on an iSCSI San using iPXE and OpenFiler. This is for a diskless server use. I could make it works using VMWare ESXi but not ProxMox.

Does someone know how to do that on proxmox?

Our installer does not support diskless installations. But maybe you can setup Debian Lenny - after that it is easy to install PVE on top of it.

That would be the way to go. Just install Lenny, configuring your ISCSI connections at install time. Then install the PVE software ontop of it.
