input not supported.....older versions of proxmox

I am trying to install proxmox 7.4 onto my Hp prolient gen 7 server. I get to the point where I can select install or advanced install. Everytime i click install I get an "error input not supported" According to my online research i thought maybe it had something to do with the version, so I downloaded 7.3 and tried that but got the same issue. I would like to try 7.2 however I can't find the iso anywhere online.

My 2 questions are, how to fix input not supported and where to find proxmox 7.2
Proxmox only offers the latest version of the major releases. Your best bet would be some linux torrent trackers like this:

If you don't care about booting from ZFS it might also be an option to install Debian 11 and then the proxmox-ve package on top, in case you can't find a way to fix the PVE ISO installer:
is there an advantage or disadvantage to using debian?

A bit more complex as you need to partition the disk yourself in a useful way. And the Debian installer doesn't come with ZFS support, so if you want software raid you would need to use mdadm which still works but isn't officially supported. In case you don't want raid you would need to manually create a LVM-Thin pool later unless you want to use qcow2 image files for your virtual disks.
