Information request on Premium support subscriptions

Hello dear Proxmox community

my organization is interested in moving to Proxmox VE for a part of our actitivities. On the technical side we are enthousiastic about the product capabilities, but we need to know more about the support Proxmox is selling as part of the Premium support before to move on. I did not manage to reach out with Proxmox team directly ( phone + email office@proxmox.com ), so I am asking here. Any clue ?

the Proxmox VE Subscription Agreement contains all details is available on the website https://www.proxmox.com/en/downloads/item/proxmox-ve-subscription-agreement
office@proxmox.com is a good place to ask for more information about subscriptions (phone not so much). When have you sent the mail?

You can also open a ticket directly at the Maurer IT shop https://shop.maurer-it.com/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=1 Those tickets are read by more people, so I'd recommend asking there.

thanks for your reply Dominic. I sent two emails to office@proxmox.com on monday the 31st of May and Wednesday the 2nd of June.
