I am looking at the Proxmox Mail Gateway for spam filtering and am unclear about the following functionality.

1) Can individual users (user@domain.com) manage their spam filtering settings at a user level in the Proxmox Mail Gateway or is this left up to an email administrator to do so only at the domain level? IE settings apply to all users the same across the domain?

2) If individual users can manage their filtering, do administrators need to create logins for them or does the Mail Gateway automatically set them up when it detects a mailbox traversing the filter?

Thanks!

Best regards,
Eric

Administration is up to the Administrator, so settings apply to all users. Of cause, you can adopt the rule system to behave differently for some domains. Spam quarantine is managed by users, but there is no need to create logins.
