Independent Disk Backups

I have 1x PVE host and 1x PBS host.

One VM running on PVE has a particularly large data disk, but it's not something I need to backup daily. I am trying some job setups without luck due to limitations (from what I've tried).

Basically, I want to run daily backup jobs for this VM's OS disk, and weekly or monthly backup jobs for the large data disk. Is this possible with PVE/PBS? Or should I setup a Veaam host instead?

If you want to backup to that PBS, use the command-line client in a cronjob.
