Increasing space on ISCSI and LVM Group

The current environment at my work, we are running ProxMox 1.7 on our blade servers and we are using a SAN for hosting our Virtuals. I need to double the volume size in ProxMox. I already increased the volume size on the SAN, I am just not sure what I should do next to increase the size in ProxMox. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I guess 'pvresize' would help (see 'man pvresize')
