Hello, I have an issue with queue of PMG. Exractly Deffered Queue, I have many rule to block spam mail and spam account, when Those mail were came. I can see PMG tells "Queue/Deffered" but other valid mails also tell "Queue/Accept". The problems here is many valid mail has been spend much time to Deliveried. I think PMG need time to solve spam mail in queue. How can I instantly solve spam mails (maybe Reject or drop) when its arrived and delivery valid mail as soon as?

please post the some anonymized logs of mails, which take too long to get delivered and the anonymized output of `mailq`
My first guess is that your DNS-setup is not working properly - make sure you can resolve DNS-names correctly and that it works fast
