Inconsistent display of storage size and usage (GiB/TiB vs GB/TB)

I'm using the current latest Proxmox VE version 7.1-12 with multiple drives and partitions set up. In areas of the web interface, such as the Summary sections, storage is represented in base 2 sizes (GiB/TiB), however in the Disks sections, all sizes of disks and partitions (total size and used sizes of the volumes, size of disk images on the volumes, etc) are represented in base 10 sizes (GB/TB) for some reason.

Is there any way to change this to always display base 2 (GiB/TiB) in all areas of the web interface? I use exclusively base 2 in all other places on the system (any Linux tool that shows file sizes or drive capacity for example), and even the Summary pages in the web interface use base 2 as well as mentioned. For some reason though, only the various Storage pages in the web interface use base 10 and I don't see any configuration option to change that.

Is it possible to change in a configuration file or via the command line somehow or is it just hard coded to base 10 in those pages for some reason? If so, why and are there any plans to fix that?

Thanks.

I am also interested.. It's a bit confusing to create harddisks in GiB and see usage in TB..
