Inconsistency issues on the Terraform provider since a few weeks

Hi, all,
I've been using Proxmox and the Telmate provider for a few years now, mostly without issues (although TBH Proxmox's TF support is nowhere near as good as for example Openstack's).

Since a few weeks, the Terraform provider started showing some inconsistency issues when creating VMs. The two main problems I'm seeing have already been created as issues on the provider repository, here:

You can see that all of them are quite recent. I checked some older provider versions and it doesn't appear that any changes there have caused this issue.

Is this something that is already on Proxmox's radar? Can someone take a look and at least confirm that the issue is recognized and hopefully a timeline?

I see that the issues, open since February are still open.
This, https://github.com/Telmate/terraform-provider-proxmox, has had no updates in months.

I see that this one has more features, and was updated 2 hours ago.

It is well documented, and after 2 hours of experimenting with both, I'm very impressed with this one.
