We have problems with thousends of mails incoming form a client of our local network. How can i find out which machine are connected to port 25 to send spam mails our proxmox mail gateway?

you are talking about outgoing emails (from internal to proxmox to the internet)?

please see the log files - query by using the mail tracking center.
you are already running the latest version of Proxmox - 2.1-2194? if not please upgrade first.
