incoming data is empty

Hi,
My Configuration this:
External smtp port:587
internal smtp port:25

I made the relay settings. My e-mail traffic is ok. But Receiver(incoming) data is zero.
İf i make the external port 25, incoming data is changing.But this time i can't send emails


what should I do?

External SMTP port: 25
Internal SMTP port: 26

Did you setup PMG and your internal mailserver using below SMTP port setting?

yes,I set it up like this.I gave permission from the firewall.I made the external port 25 but the mail does not go

try telnet the PMG from internet...what is the reply?

telnet pmg_public_ip/pmg_fqdn 25

but my dns record is antispam.******.***.tr
there is a difference.how do i change it on pmg?

I fixed the dns records.no error log in sylogs.but incoming traffic is zero

I assume you set your domain MX record to PMG, did the PMG's syslog indicate any incoming smtp connection?
