inbox mail

I can't understand why emails are coming to the recipient but the inbox is not coming to the Exchange server? What did you do wrong? Thanks for earlier

else regarding your question - please provide more details:
* the logs of PMG for a problematic mail
* maybe the mail itself

else it's not possible to help with the issue.
