Hi everyone! I'm an IT professional who is getting well and truly sick of Windows. I'd love to migrate to Linux for my day-to-day work in my home office.
I have a Proxmox cluster running on some decent hardware I scrounged up, and I'm having fun with Ubuntu Desktop, Mint Linux, and others.
The browser-based VNC client is great -- but I'm after an improved desktop experience that can run at higher resolution, and with audio. Ideally, I'd like to use my Windows desktop machine as a thin client that runs VNC or some other client that connects to the virtual desktop.
Can someone point me in the right direction, please?
