Impossible to boot usb on iMac 2009

Hello,

I would like to install proxmox on an iMac 2009 late. The SIP has been disabled. I used this doc for the install

When I boot the iMac with the proxmox usb key and press "alt" I get a white screen and nothing more.

I created a second usb with rEFind to help to boot other system. The rEFInd usb key works well alone but as soon as I add the proxmox usb key and I press "alt", the white screen comes back.

I tried with Promox 7 and 5,4 because I red somewhere may be the 7 version may cause problem. But I get the white screen with 5,4 too.

What can I do to install proxmox on my iMac 2009 ?

Does someone know if there is a compatibility problem with this iMac ?
