Import Stratus Avance Cluster VMs

Hello Everybody!
I want to import two Stratus Avance Cluster VMs (Win 2008 Server) in a fresh Proxmox 2 installation. Is this possible? And how can I do it?
I think Stratus Avance based on XEN...

Could I import XEN-Images into Proxmox 2.x?

I've no idea, but I would google for "Xen - KVM import" or "xen to kvm migration" or something like that. Also the P2V (physical to virtual) tools/procedures could be used, if you can run Xen VM besides Proxmox server.
