Import existing VMs and ZFS from a failed install to a clean one?

So, Got a HPE DL360 with 8 x 1TB SSDs in a ZPool manages by PVE 7.4


The PVE 7.4 install is running on a Samsung T5 and appears to have died. I have a backup of the /etc/pve folder


If i was to prep a new T5 running PVE 8.2 can I import the VM config data and make use of the existing ZPool on the new OS
