I'm unable to connect with the web GUI fresh install (Proxmox VE 7.3)

I install Proxmox VE 7.3 iso from USB, but after a successful install, I'm unable to connect with the web GUI. Attaching few outputs for reference.
Please help me to fix this

how did you try to connect to your box? What error do you get? Url should be https://192.168.1.2:8006

Hi,
I use the same URL with https but it does not open in the browser its shows "This site can’t be reached"
 
Okay, so it is a network issue.

Can you ping your gateway? Are you in the same subnet as the PVE host?
 
can you ping the PVE host from your client? any firewall inbetween which might cause issues?
 
Check the whole network cabling and ports that are involved, because your physical network port: enp5s0 has NO-CARRIER, so presumably no physical connection or at least no link recognized.

Thanks, I was connected with the wrong port, but now it's working

People asking how to solve a problem and I am offering possible solutions. If I keep it for myself, how can I help other people avoiding spending days instead of a few minutes solving an issue?

No, but spamming the forum with replies to old and already solved threads with a link to your YouTube channel is questionable, in my opinion. To me, it looks like nothing more than advertisement...

I have spent 4 days trying to solve an issue that other people experiencing right now. Are you suggesting to keep the solution for myself? If a solution is in a text or video, it doesn't make any difference? People just want to solve their problems. The posts are old but this is what comes up on the internet.
