Hello,

I'm receiving extortion email,

The "I am a programmer who broke your email" scam is mainly distributed by emails that may even be filtered as spam by email providers for now.

I need urgent help, please.

Just to be sure: Those e-mails are a scam and (most likely) noone has broken your account!

if you want to catch those mails and mark them as spam - please provide the logs of PMG for one of those mails

remember to have the spam filter normally to level 5 any thing above that you can get those types of things, but also keep in mind it also depends on where the email originates
