Ignore last mail hop ip

Is there anyway to configure proxmox mail gateway to ignore last mail hop ip. We have a proxy that will sit in front of mail gateway accepting mail and relaying inbound to proxmox and I need to ensure that the ip of the proxy is ignored during spam checking so it checks the ip that talked to the proxy.
