i want to know as right now i'm using promox version 5.4 but it's will be EOL soon . Any issue if i still using it even if already EOL ??

Yes, no upgrade for for any packages means no bug fixes for critical components like Kernel, that includes security fixes.

Just upgrade to Proxmox VE 6.x, we have always an upgrade path after all: https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Upgrade_from_5.x_to_6.0
