IBM uses a license metering based on CPU types / CPU usage (PVU). The tool to measure the consumption called ILMT supports several hypervisors, unfortunately not Proxmox VE.
I opened a ticket at IBM to add the support, other IBM/Proxmox users may vote for it
Until IBM hopefully add it, has someone tried a workaround? Maybe an Ubuntu VM as a nested KVM host (KVM/Libvirt is supported by ILMT)?
