IBM MegaRAID M5015 on Proxmox 7.4.3

Hello all,
I installed proxmox 7.4.3 on IBM x3650M2 (with RAID1 vs RAID5).
All 7 disks normal, but when I unplug 1 disk and plugin again, disk yellow warning
How to fix it? And how to check megaraid status?
Im newbie, plz help me!

Already done!
with IBM controller. Unplugging and pluging back a disk from an array doesn't make the controller rebuild the array with that disk.
Manully rebuild disk via megacli (https://hwraid.le-vert.net/wiki/LSIMegaRAIDSAS)
