I want to extend my LVM Datastore

Hello,
I need to extend the proxmox datastore after extending the RAID5 with two additional hard drives.

My PVE is in v8.0.3
My /dev/sda disk was 1.03TB until now. I extended the RAID5 with 2 additional disks, now the /dev/sda disk is 2.40TB.
an LVM datastore is created on this disk and it is 1.03TB, its /dev/sda5

how can I extend the LVM Datastore /dev/sda5 to 2.40TB ?
