Hi, I am Azerbaijanis. I can speak english language very bad, sorry.
I have a dedicated server. I install proxmox 4.4 in server. I have a problem.
Load average
21.06,22.00,22.13
IO delay
77.88%
CPU
23.22% of 4 CPU(s)
RAM usage
26.85% (8.41 GiB of 31.33 GiB)

There is a speed problem because the load is high.

I'm having the same issues. Converted from ESXi where I experienced not problems with drive speeds. If I copy a larger directory over ethernet the server reaches over 80% IO delay and becomes unresponsive. I'm using Seagate IronWolf 5900 rpm drives (180 MBps ).

If you are using zfs, you can check issue 6171 on zfsonlinux github to see if it's related, hopefully a patch is coming..
