hello, i am looking a server management provider or a skilled individual to setup proxmox on 2 servers for HA vps , i also have an external vps for quorum disk so i can have a cluster with 2 servers setup. right now i have do half of the setup as i am having the second node offline for some quorum setup missconfiguration.

except the one time setup i want to have continued support if an error happen.

please let me know

It sounds like you are looking for Ongoing support to maintain and resolve issues as or if they come up. There are really options that you can go about:

Option #1
Ignore Proxmox paid subscription and pay somebody to setup your server who actually knows Proxmox.

Option #2
Still ignore Proxmox subscription, setup your systems yourself with little help of the Community and pay somebody to come in and fix you have any.

Option #3
Buy unlimited support ticket Subscription which is Proxmox Premimum subscription and annoy the heck out of Proxmox team for every single Issue comes up and enjoy peace of mind. For your 2 servers it will come around 1600 euros for yearly subscription. Which is still much much less than bringing somebody in or have an IT Support Contract with an IT service company.

A properly setup Hypervisor environment should not have lot of on going issues that it will bring everything down. Unless lot of different tweaking, customizing are being done on it continuously. It also lot depends on your setup and need. If your environment is mission critical and then obviously there should be budget planned for maintenance work. Premium support just takes the guess work and headache out of the equation.

I think for your scenario, combination of 2 types of support will be ideal.

#1 Proxmox Support Subscription : This will cover you if anything breaks with Proxmox itself or help configuring the core Proxmox setup.

#2 Remote/Onsite Support Technician : This person(s) will be your main goto guy who will actually help you figure out things like complex network design, firewall integration, network environment monitoring/maintenance etc. If you can do basic hardware stuff like assembling computers, hooking up network switches, running cables etc, then you can save big cash by going remote tech support. And yes since you asked, i should not be hesitant to say my company does 80% of our client work remotely. :) So long you have Internet and SSH setup, remote support is piece a cake. You must shop around for best priced IT support service but Do not settle with the lowest bidder just because price is cheap.

With remote support of course you can also have Proxmox team remote login to your system and fix issues. This is much much cheaper than flying in those Proxmox guys to Greece for your issue. :)
