Actually, it's not a big problem

I got a server from OVH that I set up PROXMOX on which is a ryzen server that I split on proxmox to run game server files

I have a little experience with Proxmox and with Linux when I setup Windows on a VM I feel a little slow Not everything seems fast even the RDP connection is not complete I just get one or two mark even though my internet is fine

If anyone tells me something to do or test something I will be grateful for him

I hope someone can help me with problem

First make sure you install all the virtio drivers and the qemu guest agent in Windows so you can make use of the better performing virtio SCSI and virtio NIC. Setting the CPU type to "host" might help too.

Without a GPU PCIe-passthroughed, all the graphical output has to be rendered by the CPU.
So do you actually want to play games on that VM over e.g.: RDP or do the game servers have/need graphical output?
But even remote work without gaming might not be a satisfying experience without a GPU.

If you show us the config of your vm (output of qm config <VMID> or cat /etc/pve/qemu-server/<VMID>.conf), we might be able to give you specific tips.

There's also a wiki page on performance tweaks that could help you https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Performance_Tweaks

I run server files until I turns game on pc

I did all this really but I face the same problem Is there a configuration in disk server like ZFS or anything for get better performance

Not really.

Not really. ZFS tend to make it slower. Like already said, without a passthroughed GPU RDP will always feel sluggish and even doing simple stuff like browsing a website that forces you to playback an advertisement video might be problematic, as there is no hardware acceleration for all 3D rendering or even video decoding.

You should run some benchmarks (storage, RAM, single/multithreaded CPU performance, network) and compare them with similar hardware so see where the bottleneck is.

looks good. As mentioned on the performance tweaks wiki page, you could disable tablet device.
If disk performance is an issue, you could try enabling iothread. Make sure to benchmark to find out whether this gives you an improvement.

how i can enable iothread and how can disable device. where i can find it

GUI->VM->Options->uncheck "Use tablet for pointer"
and
GUI->VM->Hardware: change controller to "VirtIO SCSI single" and tick iothread in each disk's config.

thank you very much I will try it

I Can internet be tested if it is well or has a problem
Internet speed 1GB

some screenshot from server config
If you see that there is anything wrong with it or needs improvement or needs to be done so that I can get a good performance
