i have 2 question .

1 about cloud-init and agent . which is better face promox api?
because we running api agent have trouble, forexample no automatic config ip and reser passeor. we use cloud-init is ok. but cloud-init every time reboot need running yum update.

2 about kvm vm limit speed trouble.
we have open Network Device net0 limit 1MB/s.but we found my vm have have Intrusion attack outside bandwith is 500M.
so how limit policy in and out bandwith?
