So I repurposed my old Desktop-PC as Proxmox server, I figured out an unused IP- address and my Gateway. After the installation was finished I tried reaching the server using my main PC and Chrome but it just says that the Website couldn't be reached. I just started experimenting with homelabs and have no idea what to do now. Help would be appreciated :).

Thats a local IP. No point to censor that except for making it hard for people to find out whats wrong.

Are your client and PVE server part of the same subnet?

Whats the output of cat /etc/network/interfaces, whats the private IP of your router and what IP is the computer using you try to access the server with?

My router IP address is 192.168.2.1, the IP of my computer is 192.168.2.90 and the IP of the PVE is 192.168.2.255, I think they should be on the same subnet.

Thank you for telling me about the local IP, I wasn't sure about that, it's uncensored now.

To be honest I'm not sure what this means

You run that command in the local console after logging in as root.

192.168.2.255
The last IP of a subnet is used for broadcasting. So you shouldn't use 192.168.2.255.
Log in to your router and find out that its DHCP server IP range is. Pick a free/unused IP outside of that range that isn't 192.168.2.0 or 192.168.2.255.

Other things you could check:
- if you plug the cable in the correct NIC in case you got more than one NIC
- if the NIC uses a Realtek RTL8111/8411/8168 chipset which got problems with PVE8
- if the pveproxy service is running (systemctl status pveproxy.service)

Changing the last number of the PVE IP address worked, thank you so much, and have a happy new year!!
