I can't open the console of my machines

i am new using proxmox
I can't open the console of my virtual machines. Every time I try to open them I get this message!

no connection: connection timed out
JOB ERROR: command '/bin/nc -l -p 5900 -w 10 -c '/usr/sbin/qm vncproxy 101 2>/dev/null' failed: exit code 1

You know that your PVE is End-of-Life for 6 years? Usually you patch to the most recent version and hope that this is a known problem that already got fixed. You are missing 10 years of patches.
