Can you check if there is a firewall between the NFS and new PVE?

Since you can ping the NFS, can you check if the NFS port open as well from the new server side? You can check the port using nmap tool.

The Proxmox VE you are using is already EOL [0], we recommend upgrading to the Proxmox VE 7.x [1].
Regarding the main issue, what does

pvesm scan nfs 192.168.2.10 outputs? Does both PVEs are on the same switch network? Since the output of

it's same switch and same port type and same vlan too.
or should i uninstall and reinstall to promox ve 7.x[1]?
and check my switch again.
