i can't download iso file

Hello i wanted to download windows
server 2008 r2 to my server but i got this problem
i tested many link and same problem

Swithc to root with

sudo

can't login using root with the same password that i set and i can login using the web interface on browser

Ok, but did you tried to switch to root with sudo or su?

im noob please give me the command to do that
