i cant acesss web gui

it worked well earlier this morning and i switched the network cables
tried to log in again no use
changed the ip adress to something that isnt used
no luck
please can you help

Did you do a restart of the network service after changing the ip address?
systemctl restart networking

Or reboot the Proxmox server if you can.

rebotted it multiple times
also how tof access the server with ftp
