I recently moved, and ever since i cant access my proxmox web ui, when i log in to the server it wont let me log in via cli, is my data gone or is there a way to regain access to my proxmox server ??

Possibly the actually available LAN is different now? E.g. it uses a different IP-Address range?

What is the IP of the iDRAC vs PVE? Are they in the same subnet?
Are you accessing the PVE server over HTTPS port 8006?
Could iDRAC have picked up a new DHCP lease in the new home subnet potentially? By default PVE will not use DHCP and will remain static to whatever IP and subnet mask you originally set when you completed the initial setup.
